We help you every step of your search: from selecting and viewing homes to handing over the keys! Together we make a selection of properties that you prefer, through a broker or one of the main real estate websites available, such as Idealista.
If you can visit in person, we will arrange viewings and accompany you on the day. Alternatively, we can visit on your behalf and offer detailed video viewings of the homes, which saves you money and time. We have years of experience in this field and provide you with honest and clear advice at all times about prices for rentals or properties for sale.
We also do the price negotiations on behalf of our clients. Last but not least, we arrange everything from legal assistance, to signing rental and purchase contracts and all administration that comes with it. You don’t need to worry!
