“We have always loved to travel and have seen a lot of the world, but Valencia immediately had something special. Not too big, easily accessible, great restaurants, close to the beach, great for biking and walking, and monumental buildings full of history. This gave us peace of mind that it was taken off the market, so we could decide without competition. The renovation that followed made it extra exciting, but we now have the key and are fully furnishing.

We are very happy and satisfied with our new home in the heart of Valencia, and without Marja and her team this adventure would have been a lot more complicated.
