What new construction projects in Valencia are there?
The Sky Homes project by Neinor Homes consists of four towers with 208 homes in the Malilla district opposite the La Fe hospital. There are still several apartments available with 3 or 4 bedrooms. Neinor Homes expects the apartments to be completed between August and November this year. 91% of the apartments have been sold.
Mistral Homes by Neinor Homes is located on the north side just inside the Ronda del Norte. 74% of the apartments have been sold, but there are still 2, 3 and 4 room apartments available. There is a garage, swimming pool, and even a padel court. All amenities are close by.
The AQ Turianova Edificio Arcos apartment complex of AQ Qcentor is located on the south side of the city, on the side of the new Turia. These 2-, 3- and 4-room homes are for sale and start at a very interesting price of €154,828. There is a ‘piso piloto’ present here.
